General Shipping InformationCosmetics Kitchen ships to the United States.Orders ship Monday - Friday.
Processing time: Items which are placed on a weekday are processed and shipped within one business day. Items which are ordered on Saturday, Sunday or on a US Federal holiday will not be processed until the next business day.
UPS Ships Monday – Friday. UPS does not do Saturday deliveries. Your Tracking Number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order ships.
*UPS 2nd Day & Next Day Air For UPS 2nd Day & Next Day Air shipping, we use the real-time (actual cost)rates which are conveniently calculated for you when you are placing your order. These are UPS's current shipping rates from our warehouse to the shipping address you provide. There is no handling fee.
Please note: Because UPS does not deliver on weekends, items ordered at the end of the work week to go Next Day or 2nd Day Air, may not be delivered until the following week. If you have any questions or concerns regarding UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air, please contact our customer service department.
USPS ships Monday – Saturday.
The United States Post Office is required for all PO Box and Military APO addresses.
Please note: USPS offers limited tracking on Priority Mail. Customers who choose this shipping method or items that require this shipping method will be e-mailed a confirmation that their order has shipped with a tracking number, but should know the tracking information is limited.
Continental US For items being shipped to a residential address in the continental US, customers can choose from UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2-Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
*Free Shipping via Ground and Priority Mail is available on all orders over $50.00.
Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico For orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico customers can choose from USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. *Free Shipping via Priority Mail is available on all orders over $100.00.
PO Box & APO Addresses All items that are shipped to APO & PO Box addresses must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. UPS does not deliver to these addresses.
Hazardous Materials Items considered by the US as containing hazardous materials (i.e. alcohol based products like nail polish) must be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. These items will be clearly marked on their respective product pages so the customer can choose the proper shipping method. Items marked as Hazardous Materials cannot be shipped via air and therefore cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska at this time.
Out of Stock In the event that one of our items is backordered, we will contact you within 1 business day via e-mail. If the customer has ordered multiple items, the other available items will ship immediately. Please put our e-mail address
