
Return Policy
Our goal at Cosmetics Kitchen is to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their order. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your product within 30 days for a full product refund, with the exception of gift certificates. Items that are purchased with gift certificates are considered exchange only.
Please note: shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the product is defective or Cosmetics Kitchen has made an error.
Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt and must have a Return Authorization number from Cosmetics Kitchen or they will not be accepted. Products which are more than half used will not be accepted for return.

- Full Name
- Phone Number
- E-mail Address
- Product Name, and why you would like to return it
- Invoice Number (if available)
Once you receive your RA# (approximately 1 business day), proceed with the following steps:
- Place your item in the original packaging or in your own packaging if you do not have it.
- Print a copy of our return e-mail with your RA# and place it in the package. Please make sure your name, RA#, phone number and address are included in the package.
- Clearly print your name and RA# on the outside of the package and ship* to:

Refunds & CreditsReturned items will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. Return credits to take approximately 5-10 business days to appear on your account. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges.
ExchangesExchanges are gladly welcomed, however, we are unable to ship out a new item until the item returned has been received in our warehouse. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship out your new item. If you would like to expedite this process, we can charge your card for the new item and ship out the new item immediately. Once we receive your returned, we will credit your card the difference in price.

Order CancellationsOrders typically ship within one business day of placing them. Orders can be cancelled via e-mail
customerservice@cosmeticskitchen.com, providing they have not already shipped. In the event that an order has shipped and the customer no longer wants its, the order will be treated as a return.
